In the First closed beta the level cap was lvl 20 nothing glamorous ,it was only there to test out the overall thoughts and how people reacted to it , in the second one they expanded the level cap to level 25 adding with it a new regain

So sitting down to my computer at 10:45am EST 6/28/16 and prepared to immerse myself in the world of Riders of Icarus. The first thing that I found was unable to connect for the first 15 mins, which I can understand when you have a lot of people logging into the servers for the first time.
